On May 23, 2024, Dorothy ''Dot'' Duncan Hatley gained her heavenly reward after a lifetime of service to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
She was born on November 16, 1947, to Buford Ray and Charlene Marie Duncan.
Dorothy was an active member of the Assembly of God in West Memphis, AR, where she loved worshiping and witnessing for the Lord.
She greatly enjoyed reading, camping, and spending time with her family. From trips to Hardy with her son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughters to annual vacations with her sisters, her family was always a top priority to her.
Dorothy worked for the past 18 years at HINO motors manufacturing in Marion, AR, where she was affectionately known as Ms. Dot and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Anna Lee Duncan and Betty Louise Long.
She is survived by her son, Brandon (Christy) Hatley of Marion; two sisters, Janice Andrews of Kentucky and Sue (Warren) Burns of Highland; one brother, Buford Ray (Jenny) Duncan of Korea; three granddaughters, Jordan Hatley of West Memphis and Jeslyn and Jaylin Hatley, both of Marion; and two great grandchildren, Adrian and Amelya ''Millie'' Beeler of West Memphis.
Pallbearers: Warren Burns, Rodney Burns, Mark Johansen, Earl Pipkin, Cedrick Stewart, John Hardy.
Honorary Pallbearers: Allen Fike, Jake Metcalf, Braden Burns, David Bahus, Teddy Turner, Scottie Turner.
