A. C. Daniel

A.C. Daniel, 83, of Trumann, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born on October 18, 1940, in Fulton County, AR, to Edwin and Lora (Tadlock) Daniel. A.C. was a member of Refuge General Baptist Church and was a deacon there for over 60 years. He worked for Singer and Delta wood factories before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, was an assistant scout master and a member of the order of the arrow. One of his greatest hobbies was going to high school football games especially for his favorite team, the Trumann Wildcats.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Dennis Daniel; 3 brothers, J.D., Donald, and Lyndall Daniel.

Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Norma (Passmore) Daniel; son, Bobby Daniel; grandchildren, Ashley Daniel, Shawn (Crystal) Daniel, and Hunter (Megan) Daniel; great grandchildren, Kayla Walker, Jordyn Walker, Emma Daniel, Callie Jo Daniel, Brinley Daniel, and Piper Daniel; brothers, J.C., and Ken Daniel.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, 11:00am at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home with Steve Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

A visitation will begin at 10:00am until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Daniel, Hunter Daniel, Shawn Daniel, Bryan Walters, Paul Bingham, and Darrell Thompson. Honorary pallbearer will be Jake Gilley.
